Revenue Solutions, Inc. is a provider of mission critical integrated tax and compliance software for international, state/province, county/city government. We partner with clients on IT initiatives to improve customer service, increase operational efficiency and maximize compliance. We are looking to welcome a Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer, a combination of two critical aspects of our company. The CFO/CAO will report to the President and serve as an integral member of the senior management team. In this position, you will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company as well as oversight for our human resources, operations, and administration teams.
Acts as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and strategic business partner to senior executive leadership team
Acts as a legal signatory for the company
Directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization
Directs processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting to the senior management including the Board of Directors
The ability to own the legal, insurance, and bonding oversight and relationships
The ability to direct operational matters such as office leases, travel and expense policies, and employee relocation decisions
Assessing and evaluating the financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
Maintenance/betterment of appropriate financial and operational internal controls
Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization
Provide the Senior Leadership Team with advice on the financial implications of business activities
Ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
Directing personnel actions by ensuring all HR and related functions are properly performed
Directing comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals
Directing and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
Providing overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits
Protection of the organization by ensuring it is legally protected and by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies
Our CFO/CAO position is based in our Pembroke, MA corporate office, just off Route 3 on the South Shore.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff is essential
Strong problem solving and creative skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
BS in Business, Accounting or Finance
15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in the consulting and information technology fields
Ability to lead with a high degree of emotional intelligence and ethics
Ability to travel occasionally
MBA and/or CPA certification
HR certification(s) (e.g. SPHR, PHR)
