We are seeking an experienced office and workflow operations manager who can oversee and manage the front-end of our office including:
- Client communications over phone, email and live
- Workflow management including receipt and organization of incoming client materials and mail, tracking and updating workflow statuses in various information systems
- Support management of service vendors
- Support team strategic initiatives and have a positive, vibrant attitude
- Deep sense of personal responsibility and accountability, including over decor and presence / cleanliness of office
- Strong professional judgment
- Quickbooks Experience Required
Please note that preferred candidates will have existing experience as an office or operations manager in a professional services environment.
