The Tax Manager will lead and manage multiple tax engagements in an effort to deliver high quality tax services for our clients. You will focus on process and process improvement to maximize business productivity and growth.

Review staff and senior staff’s tax work papers.
Delegation of work flow to staff in line with their experience and capabilities and coordination with partners on all phases of the engagements.
Provide tax planning for corporations and high net-worth individuals.
Develop and mentor staff to leverage their skills and professional growth.
Pursue outside business through networking opportunities, charitable events and business organizations.
Identify opportunities to expand the scope of current engagements through identification of current client needs and target client requirements.
Train and manage staff on tax related issues and engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
5-10 years current public accounting experience as manager or with supervisory responsibility.
Expert knowledge in tax laws and strong tax research skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong client facing and business development skills.
Proficient with CCH ProSystem fx, Axcess and Microsoft Office products.
