Prepare annual income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations accurately and in a timely manner
Provide personal client service and Respond to client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Develop tax and financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives
Comply with all AICPA, MSCPA, FINRA/SEC/Commonwealth compliance regulations; satisfy continuing education requirements
Self-directed, detail oriented, and motivated strategic thinker, with the ability to manage client service while balancing multiple priorities. Work effectively and ethically
BA or BS in Accounting; advanced degree/designation a plus (e.g., MST or CPA)
3-5 years of experience working in a CPA firm
Excellent knowledge and communication of accounting and tax concepts
Tax research skills and basic understanding of Payroll and Sales tax reporting in multiple states
Proficiency in computer programs, including MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), CCH Tax, and Practice Products, QuickBooks.
