We are a boutique CPA firm located south of Boston seeking a highly motivated CPA to join our firm.

Position could potentially be a less than full-time position.
Preparation of reviewed and compiled financial statements (OCBOA – Tax; OCBOA – Cash; GAAP) including financial statement disclosures and reporting in an efficient and timely manner.
Preparation of Individual, C Corp, S Corp, Partnership, Fiduciary, Gift and Estate tax returns.
Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations
Conduct in-depth and complex tax research for clients in a multitude of industries
Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them accordingly
Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products
No Audits and no junior accountant work, i.e., write ups, etc.
Knowledgeable in Massachusetts taxation, and other New England states.
Knowledgeable in, and has experience in Fiduciary, Gift and Estate planning and taxation.
Knowledgeable in business planning.
Ability to perform on-line tax and accounting & reporting research in a variety of services and to write technical memorandums. Strong technical abilities a plus.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers, superiors and subordinates.
Experience working in a paperless office.
Involvement with professional and community organizations is a plus.
At least 7 years public accounting experience in a firm specializing in high income clients, complex tax situations, with an emphasis on business clients.
Experience working with CCH products a plus.
The position requires no overnight travel, offers a 35 hour work week (or less if desired), flexible hours, the ability to work remotely from home, excellent pay & benefits.
