Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus
Minimum of 4 years of non-profit accounting or equivalent experience.
Experience managing grants a plus
Knowledge of GAAP, general internal controls and Uniform Guidance preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide a high level of customer service and develop collaborative working relationships across departments
Skill in researching, analyzing and evaluating complex financial data.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements, communicate recommendations to management, and assist with implementation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Experience with Sage MIP Fund Accounting a plus.
Time management, adherence to deadlines, follow-through and organizational skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply, hold a valid driver license in good standing, and pass a CORI background record check.
Additional Salary Information: 37.5 hrs work week. Minimal overtime. Any hours worked over 37.5 /week are paid on a per hour basis. Overtime paid after 40 hrs/week.
