Smith, Sullivan & Brown, P.C. is based in Westborough, MA with a focus in the nonprofit sector. We are a women-owned and managed firm of 23 staff and growing. During the pandemic, we suspended all onsite audit fieldwork and conduct our engagements remotely and successfully transitioned to remote working with sophisticated cloud based technology. Currently, we serve over 300 charitable and nonprofit organizations in audit, accounting, tax preparation and consulting services. We offer flexible schedules and work one-on-one with our staff to accommodate working from home and tailor schedules that work for each individual's family commitments. Our office never closed during the pandemic and remains open to our staff, some of whom have returned to the office full time, while others are working in a hybrid model of working from home part time and in the office part time, and yet others remain fully remote. At this time, we are not having in person meetings with clients, and will resume in person meetings only when it is safe to do so.
