Job Summary
The DACCI Project Manager will be responsible for:

Working closely with a leader or subject matter expert, manages the daily execution of one to two moderately complex projects within the scope of the department.
Coordinates with DACCI (Department of Accountable Care and Clinical Integration) staff, key workgroups, steering committees, provider partners and leaders to effectively design project charters, pilots and programs.
Provides project management, analytics reporting and accountability. Develops and documents project plans and timelines.
Plans, prioritizes and executes a broad range of initiatives and activities to ensure successful design, implementation and measurement of DACCI projects and initiatives. Learns and applies new content expertise to meet project objectives.
Measures and reports success of the initiatives against metrics. Recommends process improvement strategies.

To qualify, you must have:

Associates Degree and three years progressive experience in healthcare management, project management, consulting or a closely related field.

Working knowledge of claims data and risk contracts in healthcare.

Knowledge of clinical concepts, terminology, workflows, preferably in pediatrics or child services.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Excellent communication skills including an ability to understand and explain complex concepts including presentations of a body of work to key partners and stakeholders, orally, in writing and in presentations.

Capable of demonstrating effective professional communication skills, including diplomacy, discretion and a customer service mindset.

Ability to work in a dynamic setting and to apply available tools, experience and knowledge to develop and implement flexible processes and solutions for routine and ad hoc tasks.

Ability to independently research complex issues and data and to succinctly synthesize and articulate findings for various audiences.

Demonstrated effective diplomatic skills and ability to use good judgement and discretion.

Strong collaboration and relationship building skills; ability to effectively manage internally in a matrixed organization and with external organizational awareness.
