Northfield Mount Hermon, seeks a trustworthy, self-motivated individual to be responsible for diverse duties in maintaining accounting records.  This position requires a general understanding of accounting principles.  Under the supervision of the Controller, the staff accountant will post entries from a wide variety of sources into ledgers.  This position will reconcile bank statements, monitor schedules for prepaids, receivable, bonds payable, securities and interest, cross check, make comparisons, and balance accounts.  Additional duties include assisting with the accurate and timely dissemination of  internal monthly financial reports and annual audits;  managing inventory by maintaining and updating records; and assisting with accounts payable proces
